Ashley "Shane" Shell

Ashley “Shane” Shell, age 45 of Coker Creek, passed away peacefully, Saturday, March 18, 2023 at UT Medical Center surrounded by his loving children after a lengthy illness.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie Shell and Margaret Brown; brothers, Michael and Charles Brown, and Gary Shell

Shane was a people person, he loved spending time with friends, family and especially his grandkids. He enjoyed being outdoors, and in his younger years hunting and fishing. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Austin and Megan Shell, Charlie Shell, Conner Shell and fiancé Della Long; daughters and future son-in-law, Autumn Strickland, Brooklyn Shell and Timothy Wilkerson; sisters, Diane Hinzman and Pamela Fisher; brothers, Creed Shell, Cecil Shell and Curtis Shell; grandchildren, Waylon, Emberlyn, Luna, and Wyatt Shell, Kyzer, Hazel, Hadleigh Strickland; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friends, Jason Watkins and Koby Grubb.

No formal services will be held at this time. Myers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
