Caleb James Walker

Caleb James Walker, age 38, gained his heavenly wings on May 1, 2022 at 5:43 p.m.

He is preceded in death by his step-dad, Thomas McLemore of Madisonville; grandparents, J.C. Walker, Alfred and Catherine Sneed; uncle, Don Walker; cousins, Jerod Walker, Ross Walker, and Cindy Montooth..

Caleb was born on April 6, 1984 in Blount County; however, Tellico Plains was his home town. Caleb spent the last twelve years of his life in Las Vegas. He had the best personality and made you laugh even on his darkest days. Caleb loved people and never met a stranger. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his father, Ulysses Walker; mother, Nancy McLemore; brothers, David Walker (Nicole), Gary Walker, Joshua Walker (Leila), Nathan Walker (Morgan); sisters, Sherri “sis” Walker Williams (Jimbo), Sarah Walker; grandmother, Ruie Walker; aunts, Linda Shelton (Robert), Judy Swanson (Chop), Donna Millsaps (Ronnie), Mildred Brady; uncles and aunts, Melvin Walker (Polly), Doug Walker (Janie), Lee Sneed (Judy), Ronnie Sneed (Angie), several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends that loved him dearly.

The family will hold a Celebration of Life service 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2022 at River of Life Ministries with Rev. Mickey Payne officiating. The family request memorial donations be made to The House that Mercy Built, P.O. Box 132, Tellico Plains, TN  37385.
