Carolyn F "Connie" Bell

Carolyn F. "Connie" Bell of Tellico Plains reached her heavenly home on Monday, February 5, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was 75.

Connie retired after 30 plus years from the cafeteria staff at Tellico Plains Elementary School. She was a loving wife, mother and friend who will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, M. L. "Ham" Bell; her parents, Ervin and Marjorie Welch; her siblings, Bob, Ron, Don, Paul and Nick Welch, Pat Tallent and Ester "Tex" Miller.

She is survived by her children and spouses,Michael and Myra Bell,Vicky and Charles Darnell,Sam and Michelle Bell andTammy and Tim Huey all of Tellico Plains, TN; brother and spouse,Jack and Chris Welch of Vonore, TN; sister-in-law,Gail Welch; sister-in-law and blackberry picking buddy, Mary Edna Welch;special adopted grandson, John Eldon Frye; several other brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and special friends, Joyce Rodgers and Olita Walker.

Graveside service and interment will be held at Hardshell House of Prayer Cemetery Thursday, February 8, 2018 at 1p.m. with Robert Jenkins officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
