Cecil Ray Roberts

Cecil Roberts, age 82, of Tellico Plains, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 8, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Roberts; parents, Anderson and Myrtle Roberts; sisters, Kathleen Gray (Rafe), Patsy Miller.

Cecil was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church where he previously served as a deacon.

He is survived by his sons, Andy Roberts, Jerry Holcomb (Lisa); brother Bill Roberts (Elaine); brother-in-law, Bobby Miller; five grandchildren, Brandon Roberts, Kira Roberts, Justin Holcomb, Adrianne Holcomb, Jason Brown; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews that he loved very much.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, April 11, 2022 at New Providence Cemetery with Rev. Brooky Gray and Niles Dockery officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
