Donald Larry Patterson

Donald Larry Patterson, age 82, of Tellico Plains, went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 24, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harve and Gladys Patterson; sister, Alice (Denny) McCoy; brothers, James (Pearl) Patterson, Austin (Margret) Patterson, Kenneth (Betty) Patterson, Jeff, Robert, Charlie and Denny Patterson; nephews, Bruce, Ronnie and Jeremy Patterson.

Donald was born on March 5 ^th , 1939 to Harve and Gladys Patterson. He was a farmer who worked on many local farms and also for Stokley’s. He made his home at the Rain tree apartments in Tellico Plains. Donald will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his sister-in-laws, Lois and Vergie; several nieces and nephews; one very special friend and care giver, Bill Cheatham.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Vernon Webb officiating.
