Earl Eugene Williams

Earl Eugene Williams, age 51, of Tellico Plains passed away suddenly Monday, February 27, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arlin Williams; sister, Karen Arlene Williams Best; father-in-law, Bill Moses; brother-in-law, Mike Moore; and a niece.

He was a member of Tellico Plains Church of God and an employee of Denso Manufacturing in Athens, TN.

Earl was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeling and camping. His pastime was spent on the golf course and watching drag races.

Being a family man, he enjoyed any time he had with the people he loved the most, his children, grandchildren, mother and sisters.

Survived by daughters Amanda Gray of Sweetwater, TN,Krystal and Ryan McGrew of Knoxville, TN and Alicia and Steven Kelley of Palatka, FL; mother,Kay Williams of Tellico Plains, TN; fiancée,Pam Williams of Tellico Plains, TN; step-children Chelsey and Caleb Gifford of Tellico Plains, TN andT.J. and Kathlene Shaw of Tellico Plains, TN; sisters and brothers-in-laws,Faye and Johnny Fritts of Tellico Plains, TN,Diane and Ronald Dockery of Tellico Plains, TN,Gail and Scott Fairbank of Sweetwater, TN,Venieca Houser of Loudon, TN andJack Best of Madisonville, TN; grandchildrenBryson, Blaize, Briar, Mariya, Jaxon, Carter, Hezekiah, Vanna, Maycee, Carson and Paisleigh; former wife and the mother of his children, Michelle Harrison of Lenoir City, TN;several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; special friendsMarty Fritts, Alfred McKenzie, Andy "Flip", and the Taylor boys.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Myers Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in Myers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mickey Payne officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2017 at Myers Funeral Home and proceed to Maple Springs Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.
