Edward Ducker, Jr.

Edward Ducker, Jr., age 84, of Sweetwater, TN was a native of Arden, NC, former resident of Madisonville, TN and Bushnell, FL.  His family and friends are celebrating Ed’s eternal home going on Monday, January 11, 2021 at UT Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pauline Ducker; parents, Ed Sr. and Velma Blankenship Ducker.

A veteran of the U.S. Army he served his country in the Korean War. Ed owned and operated Ducker Trucking Service. He was passionate about riding his Harley Davidson motorcycles. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling and was a regular at the Lamppost.

He is survived by his wife, Dixie Witt Ducker; step-daughter and spouse, Julie and Phillip Hunt; step-sons and spouses, Kenny and Sybil Witt, David and Lora Witt; half-sister, Josephine Blankenship Fuller; special cousin and spouse, Roger and Wanda Pinner; special friend, Jack Ingram; 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

A private Celebration of Life Service will be held.
