Elizabeth Aurora French

Elizabeth Aurora French, September 12, 1991 to September 8, 2020 age 28 years old; your wings were ready but our hearts were not.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Elizabeth French, Thomas and Virginia Slater all of Monroe County; father, Arlie R. French and uncle, Johnny French.

She was raised and went to school in Tellico Plains, TN.  Elizabeth was special to so many and always there to help others in need. Her favorite past time was getting in her car and just going for a drive. She loved her children with her whole heart.

She is survived by her children, son, Landenn Joshua Williams, 11 years old of Mount Vernon, daughters, Serenidy A’leigha French, 6 years old and Ka’mara Emory French, 4 years old both of Athens; mother, Bonnie Slater of Athens; sister and brother-in-law, Jenilee and James Frank of Niota; brother and sister-in-law, Nathan and Cindy Bowers of Madisonville; uncles and aunts, Ronnie L and Anna French, Thomas E (Tommy) and Sandra French all of Tellico Plains, James Richard (Rickey) French of Madisonville, Joseph and Terry Muller of Washington, Susan Slater of Arkansas, Raymond and Sharon Sauce of South Carolina and Lois Slater of Ooltewah; special friend and god mother to her children, Kendra Johnson of Tellico Plains; several nieces, nephews and a host of cousins.

The chapel will be open from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 20 for visitation. The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will follow in Myers Funeral Home Chapel at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor M. Scott Cardin officiating. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations be made to Myers Funeral Home, P O Box 132, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
