Jeffrey "Bosco" Millsaps

Jeffrey Dale (Bosco) Millsaps, age 52, of Tellico Plains, was taken from this world too soon, on September 5, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Mary Millsaps; grandparents, Skiver and Hollis Millsaps, and Hobert and Lola Rose

Bosco was a well-known concrete finisher in Monroe County. He was known for his charismatic personality, and unique style. If you saw Bosco out and about, he was always easily recognized by his infamous Fedora hat from his extensive collection. He will be missed dearly by his sister and all his friends.

He is survived by his sister, Amy Millsaps of Tellico Plains, TN; special friend, Julie Samples of Madisonville, TN; and a multitude of other friends.

He will be laid to rest with his parents at Brown Hill Cemetery in a private memorial service at a later date. In memory of Bosco memorial donations can be made to Myers Funeral Home P.O. Box 132 Tellico Plains, TN 37385.  Myers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
