Joey Ronald Stinnett

Joey Ronald Stinnett, age 37, of Tellico Plains passed away, Monday, April 11, 2022 at 7:15 a.m.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Claude and Angleen Stinnett.

Joey enjoyed fishing anywhere, anytime he had the opportunity. He loved attending his daughter’s basketball games and football was his favorite sport. Joey will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughters, Joell and Kloey Stinnett; father Ronald Stinnett; mother and step-father, Peggy and Charlie Wilson; sister and brother-in-law, Christy and Cody Taube; grandparents, Glen and Linda McDaniel; nieces and nephews, Breonna, Tanner, Mylie Warren; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Myers Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Myers Funeral Home with Rev. Brian Miller officiating. Family and friends will assemble 12:00 p.m., at the funeral home Friday, April 15, 2022 and proceed to Beaty’s Chapel Cemetery for the 1:00 p.m. committal service. Pallbearers will be, Jacob McDaniel, Josh McDaniel, Travis McDaniel, Dan Stinnett, Daniel Butler, and Daniel Long.  The family request memorial donations be made to Myers Funeral Home, PO Box 132 Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
