Joseph “Joe” Huffman, 32 of Sweetwater, TN passed away Tuesday, June,6 2023 at his residence.

He is proceeded in death by his papaw, Glenn Fagg; mamaw, Mary Thorne; grandparents, Everett and Louise Borden; grandfather, Kenneth Johnson

Joe was an outgoing person that never met a stranger. He had a giving heart and was always willing to help others that had a need. Joe enjoyed hiking and the great outdoors. He was an avid history buff and a talented artist. Joe loved his family and friends deeply. His loving spirit and kind ways will by cherished forever.

He is survived by his parents, Missy and Allen Borden; sisters Mikaela Huffman, and Wendy Proctor; brother, Jeremy Wampler; close cousin, Christopher Roberts; lifelong friend, Isaac Hunt; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2023 at Myers Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel with James “Jimbo” Baker officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m., at the funeral home Monday, June 12, 2023 and proceed to Baker’s Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service.
