Joy Jenkins Barnett

Joy Jenkins Barnett, age 56, of Maryville, TN, passed away, Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Blount Memorial Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, John and “Granny” Bishop and parental grandparents, Newell and Sarah Jenkins.

She is survived by her husband, David Barnett; son, Jackson Barnett; very special step-daughter, Briana Barnett; mother and step-father, Vivian and Kenny Phelps; father and step-mother, Rick and Linda Jenkins; half-sister, Kelly Davis; dear friend, Dana “DeLozier” Langford; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
