Juanita Smalling Roe

Juanita Smalling Roe, age 74, of Tellico Plains and formally of Friendsville passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Blount Memorial Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her parents, W.O. and Evelyn McKelvey Smalling and several brothers and sisters.

Juanita retired from AT&T. A loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, April and Gabriel Hutson of Raleigh, NC; 2 grandchildren, Jason and wife, Jordan Hutson and Colin Hutson all of Raleigh, NC; sister and brother-in-law, Sherrie and Billy Greenwood of Cleveland, TN; brother, Kenneth L. Smalling, Sr. of Tellico Plains, TN; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A private family visitation will be held. Family and friends will assemble at Grandview Cemetery, Maryville, TN at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 17 for a graveside service. Entombment to follow at Grandview.
