Judith Marie Phelps age 38 of Etowah, TN, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021 at Hospice of Chattanooga. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Donald Welch; uncle, Steven Welch; and her paternal grandparents, Kenneth & Sharon Skoglund; step father, Bruce McEmery.
She is survived by her husband, Christopher Ryan Phelps; daughter, Dierdre Renee Phelps; mother, Becky McEmery; father, Steve (Sharon) Skoglund; sisters, Barbara ( Nick ) Nelson, Hailey Skoglund, and Catlyn McEmery; step-sister, Cathy Grieves; brother, Zakarie McEmery; step-brother, John Grieves; aunt, Patti ( Jerry ) Luszczak; uncles, Bobby ( Debbie ) Wheeler, Kerry ( Sue ) Welch, and Chuck ( Zena ) Leonard; nieces and nephews, Gabrielle Makena Welch, Arion Nelson, Daniel Nelson, and Harper Nelson.
The family will be holding a private celebration of life service at a later date.
