Kenneth James Bellew

Kenneth “Ken” James Bellew Sr., age 56, of Tellico Plains, TN passed peacefully November 13, 2022, at Sweetwater Hospital.

Ken was born March 9, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama to Bill and Edna Bellew. He worked for Everglades Farm Equipment in Belle Glade, Florida for 20 plus years. He loved to fish and to ride the Tennessee mountains.

He is preceded in death by his parents, James Billy Bellew and Edna Mary Bellew; along with his sister, Deborah Lavay Cardin.

He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Carla Darlene Bellew; children, Tina(Barry) Blevins, Kenneth “K.J.” Jr. (Hannah) Bellew; siblings, Jenny Williams, Mike (Debbie) Bellew, Linda (Gary) Moore, and Tammie (George) Kline; grandchildren, Bradly Bellew, Zachary Bellew, Ethan Sutley, Bronson Blevins, and Bryson Swicegood. Along with several nieces and nephews and many friends all over, from Florida to Tennessee.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 18, 2022 at Myers Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel with Pastor Gerald Hyde officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at Cane Creek Cemetery. Kenneth "K.J." James Bellew Jr., Zack Bellew, Ethan Sutley, Bryson Swicegood, Barry Blevins, Bradly Bellew, Bronson Blevins, James Bellew, and Jeremy Bellew will serve as pallbearers.
