Marcia Elaine Faggard

Marcia “Elaine” Faggard, age 68, of Tellico Plains and formerly of Mobile, AL passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at her home with her loving husband by her side. She is now singing with the angels.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Kermit & Edna Davis; one brother; five sisters and infant son, Edward Ronald Faggard, Jr.

A faithful Christian to her Lord and Savior, she attended First Baptist Church of Tellico Plains and was a member of Crosspoint Church of Mobile, AL. She enjoyed many hobbies such as antiquing, sewing and crafts. Elaine will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Edward “Eddie”Faggard; daughter and son-in-law, Casandra & Lonnie McQurter of Theodore, AL; son and daughter-in-law, Ronald & Misty Faggard of Waterloo, AL; grandchildren, Abigail Faggard and Charity McQurter; sister, Carolyn Doan; brothers, David (Jean) Davis, Julius (Mary) Davis and Leonard (Gloria) Lindsey; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A graveside service will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery ( www.mobilefuneralservice.com ). In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memorials Processing, 501 St Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 ( www.stjude.org ).
