Paulette Jones

Paulette Jones age 57, of Athens, was reunited with her grandbaby, Emmy and her best friend, Necie, Thursday, September 29, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her grandson, Emerson “Emmy” English; best friend, Denise “Necie” Dalton; aunt, Joyce Dalton; cousins, Joann Rogers and Rick Dalton; special friend, Dewayne Jones.

Paulette “affectionately Paulie to her family” enjoyed many simple pleasures in life such as camping, fishing, going to the beach, and watching the Vols. She enjoyed spending time with her family and talked to her mom every morning at 9:00. Paulette’s greatest joy was being with family and especially her grandbabies. She will always be remembered and cherished by those she left behind.

She is survived by her fiancé, Ronnie Richesin; mother, Betty Roberts; father and bonus mom, Ray and Bobbie Roberts; children, Casey Ingram (Josh), Kathy and Melvin Moses, Richard English, Lynyrd English; bonus children, Brooklyn  English and Brian Richesin; grandchildren, Landon, Ce, Melanie, Madison, Trey, Kae Kae, Italy, Jack, Easton, Nathaniel, Kyler, Aiden, Alexis and Bryson; sisters, Shelia and Jeremy Bradley, Michelle Wilson; brothers, Tim Roberts, Randy Roberts and Wayne Wiggs; special friends, Sandra Hari, Gussie Richesin and Marty Wagner; and fur baby, Tonka; several aunts and uncles; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends will have a time to fellowship and celebrate Paulette’s life from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, 2022 in the chapel of Myers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to Myers Funeral Home P.O. Box 132, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
