Reba Emma Lynn Lance

Reba Emma Lynn Lance, age 67, a resident in Madisonville, but she lived in Tellico Plains most of her life. She was reunited with her family in Heaven on December 9, 2024.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gorege T. Lance; parents, Easley and Gena Mae Lynn; sister, Alice Lynn Monger Miller; nephew, Roy Lynn; great-granddaughter, Sophia Baginski; great-nephew, Maverick Lance.

Reba was a member of Mount Calvary Baptist Church. She loved being on the go, one of her favorite places to travel was Gatlinburg, TN. Reba was always willing to lend a hand and enjoyed helping at the Cora Veal Center. If you knew her, you knew she always had her Bruton Scotch Snuff with her. Reba’s grandchildren were the light of her life and her fur baby, Maggie was her close companion. Our hearts broke as we said our goodbyes, but we will cherish all the memories until we meet again.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca and Archie Jr. Church; sons, Jimmy and Timmy Lance; grandson, Jarred Lance; granddaughter, Bridgett Hanley; special niece, Sharon Monger Byers; sister, Janice Lance; brother and sister-in-law, Phillip and Wanda Lynn; grandchildren and spouse, Jeremy Lance, Dominick Church, Briana Lance, Ashley and Justin Epple, Bradley Church, and Courtney Feezell; great-grandchildren, Corey, Peyton, Sophie, Easton, and Owen; nephews, Teddy Lynn, Thomas Lance, David Lynn, Brian Lance, and Justin Miller; several other nieces and nephews; special friends, Birdie Hicks, Rose Diaz Bare, Joann Satterfield.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 15, 2024 at Myers Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Gerald Lynn officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 16, 2024 at Myers Funeral Home and proceed to Unicoi Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service with Larry Roberts officiating. Myers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
