Ricky Wayne Woods

Ricky Woods, age 63, of Tellico Plains, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Jane Woods of Tellico Plains; father, Harold “Buck” Woods with wife Wanda of Tellico Plains; sister, Donna Woods Byrum of Vonore; nephew, Terry Byrum with wife Melissa of Vonore; niece Amber Byrum Cook with husband Justin of Greenback; great nephews, Colton Alexander of Greenback, Brentley and Brayden Byrum of Vonore; great nieces, Madison Alexander, Railey, Lakelee and Kimber Cook of Greenback; and several cousins.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 19, 2022, at New Providence Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Trentham officiating. No formal visitation was held. The family request memorial donations be made to Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 132 Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
