Roberta "Birty" Waynette Olley

Roberta "Birty" Waynette Olley, age 54, of Tellico Plains, TN went home to be with her Lord on Monday, March 7, 2016 at home in Tellico Plains, TN. Birty was a loving mother and good hearted person. She will be missed by many. She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Wayne Patterson; grandparents, Fred and Irene Garren and Harve and Gladys Patterson; and nephew, Jeremy Patterson.

Survivors include, son, Tommy Olley of Madisnoville, TN; daughter and her boyfriend, Megan Olley and John Neal of Liberty, TX; parents, Billie Jean and Bill Cheatham of Tellico Plains, TN; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and Jamie Hicks of Tellico Plains, TN, Colleen Olley of Tellico Plains, TN, Sam and Daniel Tallent of Etowah, TN, and Tina and Robert Davenport of Polk Co., TN; special friend, Tom Olley, Sr. of Madisonville, TN; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Maple Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Vernon Webb officiating. No formal visitation will be held. A private interment will be held at a later date.
