Roy Easley Lynn

Roy Easley Lynn, age 36, went to his heavenly home and was reunited with his loved ones that had been waiting on him Saturday, September 25, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Easley and Gena Mae Lynn; maternal grandparents, Roy and Irene Lance; aunts and uncles, Alice Lynn Monger Miller, Floyd, George, Norman, Eugene, R.K. ( Penny), Ernestine “Tine” Hamilton, Lenny Green, and Russell Miller.

Roy enjoyed working on old cars, lawnmowers and other small engines. His dad often referred to him as his “lil mechanic” He was an all-around good person and will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his parents, Phillip and Wanda Lynn of Tellico Plains; brothers, Teddy and David Lynn; sister, Jennifer Dawson; children, Kristin, Eli, and Alexa Lynn; aunts, Reba and Janice C. Lance, Bertha Green, Ozell Miller and Janice Lance; nieces, Makayla and Kaitlyn Lynn; nephews, Zachary, Devin, Cody, Phil-Phil and Easley Lynn and Colby Wilson; special cousins, Brain Lance, Rhonda Lee and Michael Green; and many other cousins.

Myers Funeral Home Chapel will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 28, 2021 for friends to pay their respects. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral service will follow in Myers Funeral Home Chapel at 7:00 p.m. with family friend, Joseph Byers officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 28 at Myers Funeral Home and proceed to Unicoi Cemetery for the 11:00 a.m. committal service. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial donations to Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 132, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
