Shane Keith Fritts

Shane Keith Fritts, age 41, of Englewood left those he loved the most on Friday, January 30, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard and Eula Mae Fritts and Rex and Virginia Baker.

Shane had a heart of gold and a one-of-a-kind sense of humor. He had a gift for making people laugh and lifting spirits wherever he went. Whether he was telling a joke or sharing a quiet moment out fishing, he brought joy, warmth, and kindness into the lives of everyone around him and he will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his mom and step father, Bonnie “Ruthie” and Jackie Raper; father, Doug Fritts; brothers and sister-in-law, Billy and JoAnna Fritts, Gregory Fritts, and Kurt Fritts; step-mother, Patricia Fritts; nieces and nephews and spouses, Ryan Robinson and Bryan Robinson, Jennifer and Dustin Dockery, Jade Shubert, Hanna Fritts, Johnathan and Rose Moses, Jacob Fritts; girlfriend, Shannon Wheat, several aunts and uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, February 6, 2026 at Myers Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Ronnie Davis and speaker Scott Taylor officiating. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 9, 2026 at Mt. Harmony cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be sent to Myers Funeral Home PO Box 132 Tellico Plains, TN 37385.  Myers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
