Stephanie Ann Smith

Stephanie Ann Smith, 62, of Tellico Plains, TN received her crown and went to be with Jesus, surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, August 25, 2024. He was awaiting her arrival with arms wide open.

She is preceded in death by her father, Ronald Sutterlin.

Stephanie was diagnosed with cancer just over two years ago. As each day went by her fight became harder and her days became longer. Her husband was the love of her life, and God had a plan for him to be there for her when she needed him the most. Now she is no longer in pain, and will cry no more tears. She is dancing in Heaven in the arms of Jesus. She maybe even throwing in some of her favorite moves. Stephanie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be remembered for all the love and sweet memories they shared together.

She is survived by her husband of 48 loving years, Frank Smith; daughters, Sara Smith, Robyn and Emily Cook; sons and daughters-in-law, Adam and Jessica Smith, Nicholas and Jennifer Smith, mother, Margaret Sutterlin; sisters, Marcia Gay, Julie Smith, Kelly Sutterlin; grandchildren, Jason, Juliana, Landon, Ashton, Houston, Lofton, Alaska, Paisley, Lincoln, Kennedy, and Carter.

A private service will be held at a later date.
