Tabatha Kaye Watson, age 40, of Tellico Plains went home to be with Jesus Saturday, May 26, 2018 at Parkwest Medical Center surrounded by her loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Clarence Nichols; paternal grandfather, Esley Watson and grandmother, Bernice Hooper.
A loving daughter, sister and mother, she had a kind heart and was generous and cared greatly for others. Tabatha had a very strong will and a zest for living and was fearless. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, her daughter, Destiny Stone Costner of Tellico Plains and her son, Jace Cleo Colvin of Tellico Plains; parents, Tammie and Rick Tindle of Tellico Plains and Roy and Linda Watson of Madisonville; brothers and sisters, Christopher and Jodi Watson of Madisonville, Beth Stinnett of Tellico Plains, Janda Watson of Madisonville, Coty Watson of Madisonville and Bradley Watson of Madisonville; grandmother, Mary Yearwood of Tellico Plains; special friends, Janet Harris of Madisonville and James & Kim Colvin of Tellico Plains and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Myers Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. in Myers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Strickland officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 12:00 noon Wednesday, May 30 at Myers Funeral Home and proceed to Haven Hill Memorial Gardens, Madisonville for the 1:00 p.m. committal service. In lieu of flowers donations for funeral services can be made to Myers Funeral Home, P O Box 132, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
