Tammy Henderson Lee, age 55, of Madisonville, TN, originally from Coker Creek left this world on, Friday, June 12, 2026 to join her mom and dad, Lincoln and Christine Henderson; sister, Anita Miller; and brother, Johnny Wayne Henderson in Heaven.

Tammy graduated from Tellico Plains High School class of 1989. She enjoyed reading and spending time outside on her porch barefoot, finding peace in the simple things in life. Her sisters often joked about her being stubborn, but this was just her way of being independent. She loved her family deeply, especially her sons, and treasured every moment spent with those she loved.

Left to cherish her memory are sons, Timothy Davis, Kenneth Vaughn, and Adam Lee; brother and sister-in-law, Lonnie and Troena Henderson; sisters and brother-in-law, Brenda Brannon, Sandra and Jeff Morgan, all of Tellico Plains; brother-in-law, Chester “Louie” Miller; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and many other close family members; and a host of many special friends.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at Sandy Lane Church. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m., with Rev. Steve Teague and Rev. Jody Stewart officiating. The family will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Myers Funeral Home and proceed to Miller Cemetery for a 1:00 p.m. committal service with Rev. Johnny Stewart officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations can be made to Myers Funeral Home at P.O. Box 132 Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
