Wilda Taylor Reed

Wilda Taylor Reed, age 93, of Coker Creek passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Wood Presbyterian Home, Sweetwater, TN.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Reed and parents, Samuel and Lea Taylor.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Tellico Plains. As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother she will be missed by her family and her numerous friends.

Survivors includes daughters and sons-in-Law,Joan and Charles Champion of Coker Creek, TN. andLinda and Oliver Swain of Loudon, TN.; son,David Reed of Vonore, TN.; 5 grandchildren,Sean Lares, John David Champion, Kelley Dockery, Shana Reed and Lara Cordell;12 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandsons; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017 at First United Methodist Church, Tellico Plains. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with Rev. Bill Clark and Rev. Mickey Payne officiating.
