Wilma Roberts

Wilma Roberts, age 83, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, November 25, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, JC Roberts; children, Wilvon Kennedy, Sherry Kennedy Queen, Joyce McKelvey, Brenda Kennedy, Randy Kennedy; brothers, Lonnie Hatmaker, Charles Hatmaker, and Billy Hatmaker

Wilma spent her life with a generous and giving heart, always willing to give a stranger the shirt off her back or shoes off her feet. She found joy in cooking for her family or anyone that happened to stop by. Her love for flowers was evident in the hours she spent tending her garden. Wilma never missed the opportunity to browse a yard sell no matter how big or small. She leaves a legacy of love that will be cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children and spouses, Melitta and Michael Luciano, Tammy and Brent Henderson, Brian and Sonya Malicoat, Anita Queen, Jennifer and Billy Trammell, Janice and Tyler Moore, Jason "Baby Son"  and Kelly Roberts, and John Roberts; brothers, sisters and spouses, Kay Young, Danny “Bo” and Debra Hatmaker, Wanda and Dave Rich, and David Hatmaker, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 28, at Myers Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday in the chapel with Rev. Ronnie Davis officiating. The committal service will follow at Hardshell Cemetery.
